Not two minutes go by and a reader let me know that there has been an update to the 2.1 situation. Motorola posted on its Facebook page that the 2.1 "experience" has to be perfect before they roll it out and that they are working on it. What frightens me is that they dont even throw out a conceptual time frame, like we expect something next week, next month or the second half of the year.....ugh
Here is the text of their post:
"We know you guys are anxiously awaiting the upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1. Ultimately, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience on your device; as a result, the rollout is taking longer than expected. Though we don't have the new deployment date to share just yet, we do promise we are working to get you updated information and will relay it as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience. We appreciate it"

I think this is ridiculous, how such big companies aren't able to solve this quick,people are getting dissapoonted with them. At least I am. I just hope whenever they decide to do it is something good,not something that is going to dissapoint us more, then who knows whats going to happen.
I think people would be less angry about these things if there was some explanation of what's going on. I always believe that even if things are going bad, people will be more understanding if you tell them.
